Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

We ship our packages using the most cost effective means possible. Based on zone (distance) and expediency (time) the cheapest delivery carrier is chosen. 

Shipping is usually processed within 48 hours. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping to the lower contiguous US is typically 3-5 days. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands may experience longer shipping times.

Depending on the carrier, it may take a few business days for tracking updates (this does not include weekends or holidays). 

Right now, we are not shipping to Canada or countries outside of the US. Shipping to Canada is scheduled to begin in March of 2024.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace orders that have been shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.

If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship or refund orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
